• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, pornography, or sexually explicit content.
• Content that sexualizes, humiliates, or exploits a real person.

Identity abuse and deceptive media

• Face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation, or manipulating an identifiable person without authorization.
• Fraud, phishing, forged evidence, deceptive endorsements, or content intended to mislead people about a real event or person.

Illegal, dangerous, or hateful content

• Instructions or promotion for violence, terrorism, self-harm, weapons, controlled substances, or other illegal activity.
• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content targeting protected groups or individuals.
• Malware, credential theft, surveillance, evasion of safety controls, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Rights and privacy

• Uploading content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
• Processing highly sensitive personal information without lawful authority and consent.

Platform integrity

• Reselling API access or using the service as an unauthorized marketplace.
• Automated abuse, account sharing, payment fraud, artificial traffic, or attempts to bypass rate, credit, safety, or access controls.
• Using generated concepts as certified construction, engineering, accessibility, code-compliance, or safety documentation without qualified professional review.

Enforcement

We may automatically or manually review prompts, uploads, and outputs. We may refuse generation, remove content, restrict or close accounts, withhold disputed transactions, and report activity where required by law. If you believe a decision was incorrect, contact support with the relevant generation details.
