Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, authentication credentials, activity, and the accuracy of information you provide.

The service

PixelHouse AI provides AI-assisted spatial-design tools. Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for construction, engineering, safety, or regulatory decisions. You must independently review outputs before relying on them.

Credits and generation

• Credits are prepaid units used for eligible generation features and are not currency or transferable property.
• The required credits are displayed before generation and may vary by tool, model, or image count.
• When a generation fails due to a verified service error after credits are deducted, those credits are automatically restored.
• Unused purchased credits do not automatically expire while the service and your account remain available, but promotional or trial credits may have separate limits.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in prompts and uploads. You grant us and our service providers a limited worldwide license to host, process, transform, moderate, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions for everything you upload.

Generated outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you, including commercially. We do not promise that an output is unique, non-infringing, registrable, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing the output and obtaining any permissions your use requires.

Prohibited conduct

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may block content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests where necessary to prevent harm or abuse.

Payments and refunds

Prices, taxes, payment methods, and the merchant shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Credit purchases are one-time and do not automatically renew. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Chargebacks made without first contacting support may result in account restrictions while the dispute is reviewed.

Availability and termination

We may change or discontinue features, models, pricing, or limits. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PixelHouse AI is not a substitute for licensed architectural, engineering, legal, or safety advice. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
