Refund Policy

Failed generations

If our system deducts credits and a generation fails because of a verified service error, the deducted credits are automatically returned to your PixelHouse AI balance. This credit restoration is separate from a cash refund.

Cash refund eligibility

• Duplicate or clearly unauthorized charges reported promptly.
• A purchased credit pack that remains entirely unused, when requested within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
• Other cases where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Normally non-refundable

• Credits that have been partly or fully used for completed AI generations.
• Dissatisfaction based solely on the subjective style or creative qualities of a successfully delivered AI output.
• Accounts suspended for fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.

How to request a refund

Email support with your account email, purchase date, amount, and transaction or receipt identifier. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We normally respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.

Payment provider

The merchant and payment provider identified at checkout may process refunds, taxes, receipts, and disputes on our behalf. Their processing timelines and legally required terms also apply.
