This Privacy Policy explains how PixelHouse AI collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our AI spatial-design website and services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider identifier, and profile image.
- Prompts, uploaded images, generation settings, generated outputs, and associated project history.
- Purchase, credit balance, and transaction records. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by PixelHouse AI.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data, security events, cookies, and service logs.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, AI generation, project history, credits, billing, customer support, and fraud prevention.
- Moderate prompts and uploaded content for safety, legal compliance, and enforcement of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.
- Send transactional messages and respond to support requests.
Service providers and international processing
We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, AI processing, analytics, content safety, and payments. Information may be processed in countries different from your own, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
Your content and retention
Your prompts, uploads, and outputs may be retained to provide project history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Privacy mode limits visibility to your account; it does not eliminate the processing required to generate, secure, and moderate content. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting support. We may retain transaction, security, or legal records when required. You may sign out, stop using the service, and control non-essential cookies where available.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. We may update this policy and will publish the revised date on this page.
