Cancellation Policy

PixelHouse AI currently sells one-time credit packs. We do not automatically renew purchases or charge a recurring subscription.
No recurring subscription
There is no recurring plan to cancel. A new charge occurs only when you deliberately purchase another credit pack.
Before payment
You may leave or close checkout before payment is completed. No PixelHouse AI credits will be added and we will not collect a completed charge.
After payment
A completed one-time credit purchase cannot be cancelled retroactively. If the charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or the purchased credits remain entirely unused, review the eligibility and request process in our Refund Policy.
Account closure
You may stop using the service at any time and contact support to request closure of your account. Closing an account does not itself create a refund right and may permanently remove access to remaining credits and eligible project history after applicable retention periods.
